Jeffrey S. Rouse, DDS, PA
Specialist in Prosthodontics

Dr. Rouse maintains a full-time private practice limited to Prosthodontics. He received his specialty certificate in Prosthodontics from the University of Texas Health Science Center San Antonio where he serves as a Clinical Assistant Professor in the Department of Prosthodontics. He has published on numerous topics ranging from porcelain laminate veneers to dentist-patient communication. He recently authored chapters on Porcelain Veneers and Anterior Ceramic Crowns for the third edition of "Fundamentals of Operative Dentistry - A Contemporary Approach." He has lectured both nationally and internationally on a wide range of subjects including esthetic diagnosis, anterior and posterior bonded restorations, and the Perio-Restorative interface. He is a member of several organizations including the American Academy of Restorative Dentistry, and the Southwest Academy of Restorative Dentistry.

Dr. Rouse lectures around the world on a broad range of specialties including fixed prosthodontics, veneers, diagnosing the gummy smile, the ovate pontic, transformation of the periodontium through forced eruption, and esthetic diagnosis for which Dr. Bill Robbins and himself have developed a unique and effective system.

Together they founded the Texas Academy of Aesthetic Dentistry (TAAD) and now have expanded to become CORE (Comprehensive, Oral, Rehabilitation, and Esthetic) Dentistry.

Despite his busy schedule, he still puts his family first and is a dedicated husband to Dr. Lisa Rouse and father to his daughter Sydney, his son Zachary, and their newest addition, Jake.

Lisa D. Rouse, DDS

Dr. Lisa Rouse graduated from Tarleton State University and went on to graduate Magna Cum Laude from the University of Texas Health Science Center in 1996. She associated with three separate family dental practices before developing her own private practice in northwest San Antonio. For the last two years Dr. Rouse has practiced general dentistry part-time in the practice.

She was enrolled in the continuing education curriculum of the Texas Academy of Aesthetic Dentistry, now CORE, taught by Dr. Jeffrey Rouse and Dr. Bill Robbins. Dr. Rouse was so impressed with her he asked her to marry him. She is a wonderful wife, stepmother to Sydney and Zack, and mother to their new son Jake.

Bradly T. Beckel, DDS

Dr. Beckel is a San Antonio native. He graduated from The University of the Incarnate Word and went on to graduate from the Baylor College of Dentistry in 1998.

He was enrolled in the continuing education curriculum of the Texas Academy of Aesthetic Dentistry, taught by Dr. Rouse and Dr. Robbins, when Dr. Rouse met him. Dr. Rouse was so impressed with him, he asked him to join his practice.

Dr. Beckel grew up around the dental practice of his father, J.J. Beckel, DDS, with whom he also practices.
