Payment Options

Making certain you are comfortable is our priority through all aspects of your experience with Rouse Signature Dentistry.
At Rouse Signature Dentistry, we strive to build a personal connection and foster a long-term relationship with you.

Giving you a choice that is exclusively yours

Payment for treatment is due at the time of service.  We accept cash, checks, Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover.

For prosthetic services, ½ is required at the start of treatment, and the balance over the remaining appointments.  We require full payment prior to completion of your case.  Extensive cases may require require special payment arrangements, and we will work alongside you to establish arrangements for you at the treatment conference/planning.

Finance charges will accrue at a predetermined rate according to terms of payment.

Patients with Dental Insurance

Your initial appointment with us is payable by you.  Following pretreatment authorization, all deductibles and co-payments must be paid at time of service.  Note:  if our office is unable to confirm patient eligibility and complete insurance information, the full amount of services rendered is payable by you.

Not all insurance carriers will assign benefits to providers.  Should your carrier not assign benefits to Rouse Signature Dentistry, then final payment must come from you.  We will do our best to obtain a profile of your dental insurance benefits and communicate with you how best to utilize your plan to obtain maximum benefits.  We are here to help you receive the best quality of care.

Cancellation Policy – We recognize that life occasionally makes an impression too

Thank you for choosing Rouse Signature Dentistry.  We’re excited that we are beginning your treatment, and we guarantee your appointment at the time of scheduling.

Please note that our Cancellation Policy requires a notification of 24 hours advance notice.

Your time is just as important as ours; however, it is important to note that a 15% cancellation fee (of the total of your planned/scheduled services) will be imposed if you cancel your appointment without ample notification.

Given the level and protocol of your scheduled services, it is also our policy to secure a monetary commitment prior to your treatment.

A personal check is preferred, but we welcome MC, VISA, DISCOVER, and AMEX credit cards.
